荧光油流显示技术在高超声速风洞中的应用

Applications of fluorescence-oil-flow visualization technique in hypersonic wind tunnel test

  • 摘要: 通过原理性试验分析了系统组成中主要部件的参数指标,搭建了试验平台,完成不同颜色和类型荧光示踪剂的对比试验,筛选出性能可靠的荧光示踪剂,制作了荧光油膜,最后成功地将荧光油流显示技术应用到CARDC中的Φ1m高超声速风洞中。并对荧光油流图像定量化显示技术进行了研究,结果表明,根据荧光油膜发出的荧光信号,能够推算出荧光油膜的厚度信息。

     

    Abstract: The parameters of key components in fluorescence-oil-flow system were analyzed by applying the fluorescence-oil-flow visualization technique in Φ1m hypersonic wind tunnel of China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center (CARDC). A ground debugging test platform was built, the contradistinctive tests were conducted with respect to different colors and types of fluorescent tracers. A credible fluorescence tracer dose was filtrated to produce the fluorescence oil film. The quantificational visualization technique was studied for the fluorescence-oil-flow image. Results show that this technique is capable of extracting the thickness information of fluorescence oil films by dealing with fluorescence signals.
