现代大型飞机起落架气动噪声研究进展

Progress in aeroacoustic investigation of modern large aircraft landing gear

  • 摘要: 起落架部件是现代大型飞机在起飞、着陆阶段时最主要的一类机体气动噪声源。本文主要概括了国内外利用风洞试验、飞行试验和数值模拟等手段在大型飞机起落架气动噪声研究领域所取得的研究成果和最新进展,主要包括起落架噪声的产生机理、起落架降噪的主要方法、风洞试验需要遵循的相似律和工程预测起落架噪声方法的发展等。已有的研究表明,起落架宽频噪声主要包括分离噪声和上下游部件相互干扰噪声两类,而纯音噪声主要来自空腔结构的声激振现象。使用整流罩、等离子体激励等主、被动控制技术抑制钝体分离和流动干扰现象,这些方法能够显著降低起落架噪声。文末还对起落架噪声的未来研究进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Landing gear is one of the most important aeroacoustic noise sources during modern large aircrafts takeoff and landing. This paper some research achievements and latest developments made through wind tunnel experiments, flyover experiments and numerical simulations in the aeroacoustic investigation field of landing gear in the last decades. This paper a brief overview of four aspects including the noise generation mechanisms, the noise reduction techniques, the similarity rule of wind tunnel aeroacoustic experiments and the prediction methods for landing gears. Landing gear broadband noise can be generally categorized into two parts is the flow separation induced noise and the other is the interaction noise between upstream and downstream components. Moreover, the resonant phenomenon appeared in some cavity configurations can also generate tonal noise. Some active and passive noise reduction methods such as fairing and plasma actuators which can suppress the flow separation and interaction phenomena are used to reduce landing gear noise. Finally, prediction of further research on landing gear noise is presented.
