粗糙度对水滴飞溅特性的影响规律研究

Effects of roughness on splashing characteristics of water droplet

  • 摘要: 为研究表面粗糙度对水滴撞击飞溅特性的影响,在不同温度、不同粗糙度表面条件下开展了水滴撞击飞溅动力学实验。实验通过高速摄像机,观察记录了水滴撞击不同粗糙度表面时,飞溅子液滴的直径、反射角度与速度等信息,由此分析了表面粗糙度对水滴飞溅特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:在一定撞击参数K范围,子液滴直径主要受粗糙度的影响,表面越粗糙,子液滴平均直径越大;粗糙度对子液滴法向和切向速度的影响呈现出相反的规律;子水滴无量纲角度与粗糙度St呈现正相关,尽管在St>0.1时,温度影响开始出现,但相比粗糙度仍然是小量。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of surface roughness on the splash characteristics of water droplets, the experiments of droplets impacting different roughness surfaces are carried out under different temperature conditions. The information of the diameter, reflection angle, and velocity of the secondary droplets impacting different roughness surfaces is obtained by a high-speed camera. The influence of roughness on the splash characteristics of the water droplets is analyzed. The results show that the diameter of secondary droplet is mainly affected by the roughness in a certain impact parameter K range. The rougher the surface is, the larger the average diameter of secondary droplets. The effects of roughness on the normal and tangential velocity of secondary droplets are opposite. The dimensionless angle of the secondary droplet is positively correlated with the roughness St. The temperature effect appears at St> 0.1, while it is smaller compared with the roughness effect.
