扩缩管充分发展层流的强化传热场协同分析

Field synergy analysis on heat transfer enhancement of fully developed laminar flow in a diverging converging tube

  • 摘要: 采用二维轴对称不可压缩层流N-S方程,利用有限体积方法和SIMPLE算法,在雷诺数100~1300范围内,对轴对称周期性扩缩管的充分发展层流流动和传热特性进行了数值模拟,重点研究了不同雷诺数、几何外形与换热强度的关系,并利用场协同理论对计算的结果进行了分析,获取了层流态下扩缩管对流换热强度随雷诺数、几何尺寸变化的规律,对进一步研究扩缩管换热问题、探讨强化传热理论和发展换热技术均有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: Using the twodimensional symmetric incompressible laminar N-S equation, a numerical simulation of the fully developed laminar flow of axially symmetric periodic divergingconverging tubes at Reynolds number 100 to 1300 and of the relevant heat transfer characteristics, is carried out with finite volume method and SIMPLE algorithm, with emphases putting on the relationships between different Reynolds numbers, geometries and heat transfer intensities. The computational results are analyzed by field synergy analysis theory. Variations of convection heat transfer intensity versus Reynolds number and geometry are obtained under the laminar flow. The simulation is of practical importance for studying heat transfer enhancement characteristics and developing heat transfer techniques.
