Inlet and jet test techniques for large scale model in 8m×6m Low Speed Wind Tunnel

  • 摘要: 采用单台抽吸流量达383m3/min的真空泵抽吸系统和最大落压比达3.5的喷流模拟器,在8m×6m风洞建立了大尺度模型进气道和喷流试验技术,可实现8m×6m试验段大尺度战斗机100%进气流量和高落压比模拟要求,通过将3m量级风洞试验模型的比例增大1倍,能够更为精细地模拟战斗机气动外形,获得更为准确的飞机进气道性能、喷流对战斗机气动特性影响及矢量喷管性能参数。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced established inlet and jet test techniques for large scale model in the 8m×6m Low Speed Wind Tunnel with a vacuum pumper and a jet simulator. The single vacuum pumper can attain suction flux to 383 m3/min which fulfills 100% flux demand for large scale fighter plane model in the 8m×6m test section. The maximal exit pressure ratio of the jet simulator reaches to 3.5. Through increasing the ratio of the model compared with that in a wind tunnel of 3m magnitude, the test can simulate aerodynamic configuration with increasing details, and the test can more precisely provide inlet performance, influence of the jet on a fighter plane, and the parameter of vectoring nozzle.
