声爆近场压力测量风洞试验技术研究进展

Review of recent progress of wind tunnel measurement techniques for off-body sonic boom pressure

  • 摘要: 声爆是超声速民用飞机研制的关键问题之一,风洞试验作为开展声爆研究必不可少的技术手段具有重要研究意义。简要介绍了声爆风洞试验的特点与难点,分析了声爆风洞试验技术的发展趋势。按照空间压力测量装置的不同,将试验技术归纳为测压板、静压探针、测压轨、无反射测压轨等四类空间压力测量技术。重点针对基于无反射测压轨的空间压力精确测量技术和数据修正技术进行了总结与分析。无反射测压轨具有试验效率高、测量精度高、可有效降低流场非均匀扰动误差等优点,是声爆近场压力测量技术的重要发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Sonic boom is one of the key issues for supersonic civil aircraft. Wind tunnel, as a necessary research facility, is of great significance for sonic boom research. The characteristics and difficulties of wind tunnel test of off-body sonic boom pressure are analyzed, and the recent progress is reviewed. The spatial pressure measurement devices can be categorized as four classes, including pressure measurement plate, pressure measurement probe, pressure measurement rail, and non-reflection pressure measurement rail. The non-reflection pressure measurement rail is summarized and analyzed. It has become the most important one for wind tunnel test of off-body sonic boom pressure, due to its high test efficiency, high measurement accuracy, and effective reduction of non-uniform disturbance distortion of wind tunnel flow field.
