摘要: 建立高频感应等离子体风洞在国内是近几年的事情,因此对风洞内等离子体参数的诊断也刚刚开始。本文论述了利用氩光谱的相对强度法测量高频感应风洞的等离子体温度及其分布的原理和装置,并给出了实验结果。Abstract: An inductively coupled plasma wind tunnel was built in ourlaboratory.
