Abstract:
The aerodynamic configuration conceptional design of a hypersonic maneuvering vehicle is invesitigated.A new aerodynamic configuration scheme of lift body is presented,the main body optimized,the control flaps matched,and the aerodynamic characteristics and the control efficiency are studied.The design and analysis methods adopted includes geometry parametric method basied on Lofting method and conic cross secetion description,engineering aerodynamic prediction method based on Newtonian flow,and multi-objective optimization method.The detail research indicated that the proposed lift body configuration has a wide trimming range of AOA from 0°to bigger than 40°,the maximum hypersonic trimming lift to drag ratio is higher than 2.0,and the stability and trimming capibility are within a reasonable range.The present work focus on the conceptional design method and the proposed lift body is one of the potential hypersonic manervers.
