跨声速叶栅叶片快速响应PSP测量研究

Fast response pressure-sensitive paint measurement of transonic cascades

  • 摘要: 开展了快速响应PSP技术在高速叶栅中的非定常测量应用研究。使用压力-温度校准系统与激波管对FIB类快速响应PSP涂料的温度压力和时间响应特性进行了测量,结果表明该类涂料具有较低的温度敏感度和亚毫秒量级的响应时间。在高速叶栅试验中,采用吹吸装置在叶片表面形成了主动控制的非定常流场,利用快速响应PSP与动态压力传感器进行同步测量,同时利用红外技术对叶片表面温度进行监测。快速响应PSP的测量结果与压力传感器比较,在叶片表面平均场、脉动场、单点时频等方面具有很好的一致性,同时快速响应PSP技术可以动态地显示激波位置和分离区域的变化。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the unsteady PSP measurements applied in high speed cascades. First, characteristics of fast response PSP are measured by calibration system and shock tube, the results show this paint owns low temperature sensitivity and submillisecond response time. The high-speed cascade test is conducted by employing pulse flow actuator to form active controllable unsteady flow on the surface of the blade, using fast response PSP and dynamic pressure sensor to measure the blade surface pressure simultaneously, and infrared technology to monitor the blade surface temperature. In respect of blade surface mean field, pulsation field and time-frequency in a single point, fast response PSP is in accord with pressure sensor. In addition, fast response PSP can display shock position and separation area dynamically.
